| Ginger (finely chopped) |

| Eag (beaten) |

| Mint leaves (chopped) |

| Oil/Ghee(for deep frying) |

Steps Of Cooking: |

In minced Meat add ginger, garlic, chillies, |

onions, half of tomatoes, eggs and Sapna Chapli |
| |
Kabab Masala. |
|
 |
Add three table spoon oil/ghee in it and |
| |
knead to a smooth dough, set a side for 30 |
| |
minutes in refrigerator. |
|
 |
Make flat round kababs with wet hands. |
| |
Deep fry till uniformly brown from all side. |
|
 |
Garnish with the remaining tomatoes and mint |
| |
leaves. |
