  COOKING RECIPE
  Chicken White Karahi

 

 

 
Ingredients: Required:
   
Chicken 1 kg small cubes
Green Chillies (Paste) 2-3 table spoon
Ginger Paste 2 table spoon
Yogurt 8 table spoon (125 g)
Oil / Ghee 1 cup (175 g)
Sapna Chicken White 1 Packet (40 g)
Karahi Mix  
   
   
   
     
  Steps Of Cooking:

 

 

 
Whipe ypgurt with green chillies paste, ginger
 
paste in half cup of water. Add Sapna White
 
Karahi mix thoroghly to make paste.
Apply paste on Chicken cubes and marinate
  for 30 minutes.
Heat oil/ghee and add marinated chicken in it,
  cover and cook on low flame 15-20minutes.
Increase heat and stir fry till oil separates.
   
   
     
  SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
  Garnish with long green chillies and fresh coriander leaves.
  Serve hot with naans and prathas.
