In Alizas Food Private Limited, currently the board of directors consists of two directors. Our directors are by persons at high level of sincerity and integrity, who they are rendering their services by excellent standards of business and professional conduct. They demonstrate their skills and judgment, and the commitment to devote the time and attention with accuracy where necessary to fulfill their duties and responsibilities. Both of Directors are expected to become and remain well educated about the business, performance, operations and management of the Company; business and economic trends affecting the Company; and principles and practices of sound corporate governance.
