  COOKING RECIPE
  Dahi Bara Mix  
 
Ingredients: Required:
   
Yogurt 1 kg blended
Green Chillies As desired (to be blended with yogurt)
Onion As per taste (to be blended in yogurt)
Green Coriander As required (to be blended with yogurt)
Oil / Ghee 1/2 cup (200g)
Sapna Dahi Bara Mix One Packet
   
   
     
  Steps Of Cooking:  
 
Mix Dahi Bara Powder with half cup of warm
 
water to prepare thick dough.
Let it stand for half an hour.
Heat oil on low flame. Fry table spoons of thick
  paste for a while. Allow it to cool.
After low flame frying, fry same flat balls on
  high heat till evenly brown. Allow to cool to room
  tenperature.
Soak flat balls in water for 30-45 minutes.
Blend sugar, salit and chaat masala in yogurt.
Squeez flat balls to drain retained water.
  Dipp them in yogurt
Allow it to soak with yogurt for 10-15 minutes.
   
     
  SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
  Sprinkle Chaat Masala and serve.
