  COOKING RECIPE
  Haleem Masala  
 
Ingredients: Required:
   
Beef/Chicken (Boneless) 500 g
Oil / Ghee 2 cups (300 g)
Onion 1 medium sliced
Wheat 1 cup (150g)
Daal Chana 1/4 cup (50 g)
Rice 1/4 cup (50 g)
Daal Massor 1/4 cup (50 g)
Daal Mash 1/4 cup (50 g)
Poridge 1/2 cup (100 g)
   
     
  Steps Of Cooking:  
 
Soak grains and poridge in water for 1 hour.
Boil soaded grains in 10 glass water. Mash with
 
wooden spoon.
in a separate fry meat, Haleem Masala, mix in
  oil / ghee.
Add 12 glass water and cook on medium till meat
  tender. Mash meat with wooden spoon.
Mix pulses and meat.
Fry onion in oil till golden. Pour on the haleem.
Cover and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
   
   
     
  SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
  Garnish with Green coriander leaves, green chillies and ginger slices.
  Serve hot with Chaat Masala.
