Steps Of Cooking: |

Add kidney, Heart, Brain. Chops, ginger and garlic |

in pot. Sapna Kat-a-kat Masala in half cup of |
| |
water and add into the pot. Cover and cook on |
|
| |
low flame for 10- 15 minutes. |

Add Oil / Ghee, chopped chillies, coriander leaves, |
| |
onions and tomatoes. Fry on high flame 4-5 |
| |
minutes with continuous stirring. |
