  COOKING RECIPE
  Kat-a-Kat Masala  
 
Ingredients: Required:
   
Mutton Kidney 2
Mutton Heart 1
Mutton Brain 2
Mutton Chops 3
)Add all above in boiling water with 2 table spoon
vinegar for 2-3 minutes and chopped in small cubes
Onion 1 medium finely chopped
Tomatoes 2 medium sliced
Garlic crushed 2 table spoon
Ginger crushed 2 table spoon
Green chilliescoraarsely chopped 5-10
Green Coriader chopped 1 bunch
Lemon Juice 2-3 table spoon
Yougart 2-3 table spoon
Oil / Ghee 11/2cup-2cups (170 to 250 gm)
Sapna Kat-a-Kat Masala one Packet
   
     
  Steps Of Cooking:  
 
Add kidney, Heart, Brain. Chops, ginger and garlic
 
in pot. Sapna Kat-a-kat Masala in half cup of
 
water and add into the pot. Cover and cook on
 
low flame for 10- 15 minutes.
Add Oil / Ghee, chopped chillies, coriander leaves,
  onions and tomatoes. Fry on high flame 4-5
  minutes with continuous stirring.
   
   
     
  SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
  Add lemon juice and serve hot with chappati and naans.
