| Minced Meat (Beef/Mutton/chicken) |

| Onion |
4 medium finely chopped |
| Ginger Paste |
2 table spoon |
| Garlic Crush |
1 table spoon |
| Green Chillies |
3-4 medium, finely chopped |
| Tomatoes |
3-4 medium sliced |
| Oil / Ghee |
1 1/2 cup (170 to 250gm) |
| Sapna Keema Masala |

Steps Of Cooking: |

| |
|
 |
In a frying pan heat oil / ghee and fry onions |
| |
for 10 minutes |
|
 |
Add Ginger Paste, Garlic Paste, half of tomatoes, |
| |
minced meat and Sapna Keema Masala. |
|
 |
Add 1-2 cups of water, cover and cook on low |
| |
flame for 10-15 minutes till meat tender. |
|
 |
Add Green Chillies and rest of tomatoes and |
| |
cook till oil separates. Stir frequently. |

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: |

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. |
