  COOKING RECIPE
  Keema Masala

 

 

 
Ingredients: Required:
   
Minced Meat (Beef/Mutton/chicken) 1 kg
Onion 4 medium finely chopped
Ginger Paste 2 table spoon
Garlic Crush 1 table spoon
Green Chillies 3-4 medium, finely chopped
Tomatoes 3-4 medium sliced
Oil / Ghee 1 1/2 cup (170 to 250gm)
Sapna Keema Masala One Packet
   
   
     
  Steps Of Cooking:

 

 

 
In a frying pan heat oil / ghee and fry onions
 
for 10 minutes
Add Ginger Paste, Garlic Paste, half of tomatoes,
  minced meat and Sapna Keema Masala.
Add 1-2 cups of water, cover and cook on low
  flame for 10-15 minutes till meat tender.
Add Green Chillies and rest of tomatoes and
  cook till oil separates. Stir frequently.
   
     
  SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
  Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  Serve with chappatis, prathas or naan.
