  COOKING RECIPE
  Kofta Masala

 

 

 
Ingredients: Required:
   
Minced Meat 1 kg finely chopped
Yogurt 250g blended
Onions 4 medium ground
Garlic Paste 1 table spoon
Oil / Ghee 1/12 cup
Green Coriander Few Leaves Chopped
Sapna Kofta Masala One Packet
   
   
   
     
  Steps Of Cooking:

 

 

 
In a minced meat, add 2 table spoon Sapna
 
Kofta Masala of ground onions, half yogurt
 
and coriander leaves
Mix and knead to make smooth paste, make
  small balls (30-50)
In Oil / Ghee fry remaining ground onions till
  golden. Add garlic paste,remaining yogurt and
  Kofta Masala.
Stir fry for few minutes and than boil with 2-3
  glass of water for 15 minutes on medium flame.
Add meat balls in gravy, lower the flame and
  heat for 2-30 minutes till meat balls tender.
  Do not stir.
   
     
  SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
  Garnish with green coriander.
  Serve hot with boiled rice, chappatis or naans.
