| Ginger Paste |

| Garlic Paste |

| Oil / Ghee |
1 1/2cup (250g) |
| Murgh Pillau Mix |
Packet 50g |

Steps Of Cooking: |

 |
In 7 Cups of Water, add chicken, ginger paste, |
| |
garlic paste and Murgh Pillau Mix, cover and |
| |
boil till meat tender. |
|
 |
Drain stock and separate meat. Make equal |
| |
stock to 6 full tea cups of water either by |
| |
adding water or by further evaporation if it is |
| |
more than 6 cups. |

 |
Heat Oil/ghee and add onion, fry till brown. |
| |
Add boiled meat, yogurt and fry for 3-5 minutes |
| |
Add 6 cups of stock (separated in step 2), bring |
| |
it to boil and add presoaked rice. |

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: |

Garnish with finely chopped green chillies ginger and lime juice. |
| |
 |
Serve hot with naans or roti. |
| |
 |
Serve 6-8 persons. |
