  COOKING RECIPE
  Murgh Pillau  
 
Required Ingredients: Quantity & Preparation:
   
Chicken 750 g
Rice (presoaked) 75 g
Onion 4-5 medium(finelychopped)
Yogurt 1/2 cup (100g)
Ginger Paste 2 tablespoon
Garlic Paste 2 tablespoon 1
Oil / Ghee 1 1/2cup (250g)
Murgh Pillau Mix Packet 50g
   
   
     
  Steps Of Cooking:  
 
In 7 Cups of Water, add chicken, ginger paste,
 
garlic paste and Murgh Pillau Mix, cover and
 
boil till meat tender.
Drain stock and separate meat. Make equal
  stock to 6 full tea cups of water either by
  adding water or by further evaporation if it is
  more than 6 cups.
Heat Oil/ghee and add onion, fry till brown.
  Add boiled meat, yogurt and fry for 3-5 minutes
  Add 6 cups of stock (separated in step 2), bring
  it to boil and add presoaked rice.
   
     
  SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
  Garnish with finely chopped green chillies ginger and lime juice.
  Serve hot with naans or roti.
  Serve 6-8 persons.
