  COOKING RECIPE
  Paya Masala  
 
Ingredients: Required:
   
Payas 1 Mutton 6-8, Beef 1
Onion 1 chopped
Ginger Paste 1 table spoon
Garlic Paste 1/2 table spoon
Yogurt 1 cup (Blended)
Oil / Ghee 1 cup (175 g)
Sapna Paya Masala 50 g (1 packet)
   
   
   
     
  Steps Of Cooking:  
 
In 8-10 glass of water add washed hooves,
 
ginger, garlic and half of the total onion, heat on
 
low flame till tender.
Fry remaining half of the onions in oil till
  golden brown.
Blend fried onions and Sapna paya masala with
  yougart and add into the tender hooves.
Stir, cover and cook on low flame for 30-40
  minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves, green chillies
  and garam Masala.
   
     
  SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
  Serve with Hot Roghni naansi.
