| Oil / Ghee |
1 cup (175 g) |
| Sapna Paya Masala |
50 g (1 packet) |

Steps Of Cooking: |

 |
In 8-10 glass of water add washed hooves, |
| |
ginger, garlic and half of the total onion, heat on |
| |
low flame till tender. |

 |
Fry remaining half of the onions in oil till |
| |
golden brown. |
|
 |
Blend fried onions and Sapna paya masala with |
| |
yougart and add into the tender hooves. |
|
 |
Stir, cover and cook on low flame for 30-40 |
| |
minutes. |
|
 |
Garnish with coriander leaves, green chillies |
| |
and garam Masala. |
