Mix all the ingredients except oil / ghee and set |

aside for 2 to 3 hours. |

Mix oil / ghee in it and make small meat balls |

with wet hands flattem the meat ball in a thin |
| |
layer around each skewer(Seekh). If required |
| |
wrap some thread around the flatten meat for |
| |
support. |

Barbeque the Seekh Kabab on charcoal or in |
| |
an oven. Periodically turn Skewers(Seekh), |
| |
untill the kababs are light brown. |
