  COOKING RECIPE
  Seekh Kabab Masla  
 
Required Ingredients: Quantity & Preparation:
   
Mince Meat Beef/ Mutton/ Chicken 1 kg
Green Chilly(finely chopped) 2 table spoon / 25 gm
Onion (finely chopped) 1/2 cup/1 medium sized/75gm
Garlic Paste 1 table spoon / 13 gm
Ginger Paste 2 table spoon / 25 gm
Oil / Ghee 1/2 cup / 75-100 gm
Sapna Seekh Kabab Masala 1 Packet
   
   
   
     
  Steps Of Cooking:  
 
Mix all the ingredients except oil / ghee and set
 
aside for 2 to 3 hours.
Mix oil / ghee in it and make small meat balls
 
with wet hands flattem the meat ball in a thin
  layer around each skewer(Seekh). If required
  wrap some thread around the flatten meat for
  support.
Barbeque the Seekh Kabab on charcoal or in
  an oven. Periodically turn Skewers(Seekh),
  untill the kababs are light brown.
   
   
     
  SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
  Serve with fresh salad, Paratha, Chutney and raita.
  Serve 6-8 persons.
