  COOKING RECIPE
  Shami Kabab Masala  
 
Required Ingredients: Quantity & Preparation:
   
Meat Mince Beef Meat Chicken 1 kg
Daal Chana 1 cup / 200g
Onion (finely chopped) 3 medium sized
Garlic Paste 1/2 table spoon / 7g
Ginger (finely chopped) 1 table spoon / 13 g
Egg (beaten) 1-2
Mint leaves (chopped) 1/2 cup
Oil / Ghee(for deep frying) 2-3 cup / 500 g
Sapna Shami Kabab Masala Mix One Packet (50g)
   
     
  Steps Of Cooking:  
 
Mix Sapna Shmai Kabab Masala, daal chana,,
 
ginger, garlic minced meat and add 6 glass of
 
water. Cover and cook on low flame for 30-45
 
minutes. When meat and daal tender remove
  and grind into coarse paste form.
Add egg and mix well. Make 10-15 flat round
  kababs.
Deep fry the kababs in oil / ghee from both
  sides till brown evenly.
   
   
   
     
  SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
  Serve hot with naans chutney and salad.
  Serve 6-8 persons.
