| Onion (finely chopped) |

| Garlic Paste |
1/2 table spoon / 7g |
| Ginger (finely chopped) |
1 table spoon / 13 g |
| Egg (beaten) |

| Mint leaves (chopped) |
1/2 cup |
| Oil / Ghee(for deep frying) |
2-3 cup / 500 g |

One Packet (50g) |

Steps Of Cooking: |

Mix Sapna Shmai Kabab Masala, daal chana,, |
| |
ginger, garlic minced meat and add 6 glass of |
| |
water. Cover and cook on low flame for 30-45 |
| |
minutes. When meat and daal tender remove |
| |
and grind into coarse paste form. |
 |
Add egg and mix well. Make 10-15 flat round |
| |
kababs. |
|
 |
Deep fry the kababs in oil / ghee from both |
| |
sides till brown evenly. |
| |

Serve hot with naans chutney and salad. |
