  COOKING RECIPE
  Tandoori Masala MIx  
 
Required Ingredients: Quantity & Preparation:
   
Chicken 2kg 8-10 quartered portions of chicken. Make 2 deep slits on each piece.
Garlic Paste 2 table spoon / 20g
Yogurt (plain,whipped) 1 cup / 200g
Lemon juice 3-4 table spoon / 3-4 lemons
Oil / Ghee 1/2 cup / 75g
Sapna Tandoori Masala Mix One Packet
   
     
  Steps Of Cooking:  
 
Mix all the above ingredients.
Coat the chicken pieces with all mix ingredients
 
in step 1 and set it aside for marination for 2
  hours preferably in a refrigeration. in the mean
  time set the oven at 190°C .
  more than 6 cups.
Arrange the mutton / beef / chicken pieces in a
  tray and place it in a preheadted oven, marks
  375°F / 190°C for 45 minute, then place the tray
  under high setting of grill untill lightly browned.
   
     
  SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
  Serve with fresh lemon wedges salad and raita / chutney.
  Serves 6-8 persons.
